The slowing that we saw in the prior quarter has stabilized as this most recent quarter has seen prices holding fairly steady. The amount of time on the market decreased back to a more normal rate, but at 89 days can be deceiving: Properties under $400,000 continue to move fast, while over $500,000 are very slow (over a year supply).
