Values have increased substantially in our valley when comparing this quarter to the prior quarter (and also compared to the last 12 months). The average days on market has also shortened. Although prices this quarter only fell by 3%, the most notable market indicator of a slow down was the more than doubling of the average Days on Market (to almost 6 months).
