We’re looking for an energetic, organized team player with excellent administrative, communication and computer skills. This is a very task & detail oriented job with a wide range of responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who has great multi-tasking and organizational skills. Attention to details and ability to work independently and be accountable for assigned tasks is also important
Our business changes quickly so our processes and procedures do also. We need someone that’s not afraid of rapid change and will embrace change and adapt quickly. As well as have the ability to document work processes or changes to work processes so they can be repeated by anyone at any time.
We work out of a home office and you would also be working from your home most of the time. You can work your own schedule as long as priorities and deadlines are met. This is a 10-20 hour per week opportunity with up to 25 hours per week required during peak times.
This opportunity requires a lot of computer knowledge & work. If your friends and family call you a computer geek or guru you might be perfect. And one more thing: You must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. We may need you to visit properties in Davis & Weber counties and other tasks outside of the office. We will reimburse you for mileage of course.
