Now Hiring Executive Real Estate Assistant (Licensed)

[For Top 1% Real Estate Sales Team]

Have you ever wished you worked on a winning team, where every member of the team is committed to getting the job done? No politics, no egos, all real team players willing to do whatever it takes to meet goals? Well, now you can. We’re Northern Utah Home Team and we change the lives of families by helping them achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Learn more about us and our team by going to www.NorthernUtahHomeTeam.com.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized team player with excellent administrative, communication and computer skills; able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who has great multi-tasking, organizational and people skills. Ability to work independently and be accountable for assigned tasks is also important.

Our business changes quickly so we need someone that’s not afraid of rapid change and will embrace change and adapt quickly.

We work out of a home office and you would also be working from your home most of the time. You can work your own schedule as long as priorities and deadlines are met. You will be working about 20-25 hours per week on Executive Assistant tasks (paid hourly) such as marketing, agent support, transaction management and more (trust us, you won’t get bored).

Your remaining time will be spent working with buyer leads generated from our extensive internet marketing, client base, web sites, social media presence, and the 10-15 listings (average list price $350,000) which we maintain in Weber and Davis Counties. These are enough buyer leads for you to easily close 8-15 transactions each year. You will be helping these buyers purchase their dream homes (commission based).

If this sounds like the right fit for you, write us a letter telling us a little about yourself and why you think this position would be a great fit for you. You can email me, Joel Zieve, that cover letter along with your resume and salary requirements (stated as an hourly rate for the Executive Assistant role and how much you’d like to make with commissions). Only if all three are sent, you will be considered for the position and I will contact you within 48 hours upon receipt of your email.

Executive Real Estate Assistant (Licensed) Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in good standing with the State of Utah and a member of NWAOR (our local REALTOR board). If you are inactive or unlicensed and working on your license, we will still consider you.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • A habit of consistent follow through.
  • Must be able to work with and respond to clients and team members PROMPTLY.

This is going to be exciting & inspiring & an incredible learning experience for the right person. We wish you the best and hope to hear from you soon!
