In case you’ve been wondering about the accuracy of your Zillow Estimate, here is Zillow’s self-rating on their Utah Zestimates. The rating is from 1 to 5, with 5 being most accurate. Utah’s low number is largely due to us being a ‘non-disclosure’ state. This means we don’t have to tell the county what we pay for our home when we purchase it (yay Wild West!)
